A trip to Halong Bay was cancelled because of a lovely typhoon so this is unfortunately all I got to see...
Having a Vespa in the house meant that we had fun spotting other old Vespas...
Food finds... eating breakfast amongst the meat...
David and I had some clothes made and Im sure some hard working people were busy all night in a room like this...
I loved the children in the street playing hide and seek. I didn't take a flash with me so quick moving little bodies and high ISOs still don't quite work...
eating a duck embryo straight from the egg... mmmm
Still more to come...
Oh wow they are fantastic Chels...i really want to go there and experience Vietnam now... perhaps we might go if we have some money left after the house,,,,,
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous photos Chels- you should do some really big ones in frames to sell. They are awesome.
ReplyDeleteWOW! These photos are amazing! I am in love with them!!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos Chels. What a trip! Looks amazing.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving these photos and I agree with Georgia, you should sell some.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots. What's going on with David and the guy doing things to his face? And what are the red things in the basket with the woman sitting there? and did the other woman really eat the duck embryo? Straight from the egg?
ReplyDeleteIt looks lie you captured a ghost rushing past the kids on the bike.
Gorgeous little Vespas everywhere! My Scarabeo has a Vespa buddy. So cute to see them parked together. Looks like they're chatting!
Always good to see photos of VN and very flash photos they are, but you will have to return to do Halong Bay properly, one of the truly special places on this planet and definitely has to be seen while waking up after a good nights sleep on the roof of a ferry to truly appreciate how special it is.
