I had the absolute pleasure to do a  quick photoshoot for Jose last night before the sun went down. Jose is a  musician and that's what we were shooting for... him and his music.  Love how these turned out...
Loved meeting his beautiful partner and getting to know her a little better today too .  There's some beautiful people in this world.

stripes

I always tell my clients to wear things they feel comfortable in, their favourite clothes... and to try and stay away from stripes and bold patterns..... a photographer can break the rules with her kids right!  Bethan shares the same birthday with her best friend Abbey and today they both turned up to free dress day in stripes!  So their traditional 5 minute birthday photos are all stripey.  But it works!

slow down

With winter approaching weddings have slowed down.  Love the busy season and the quiet season.  A  time to rest my camera brain and spend more time with Rosie out and about while the other girls are at school!  Short attention span for Mum holding a  camera though...  How great is photography?  To always remember that favourite blue dress and that funny curl at the back of her head and that funny hair.....

Abe + Emma | wed

I smiled and smiled and smiled at Emma and Abes wedding! Never seen a bond between guys like this before. They were all so close. I looked like I could have been Emma's bridesmaids long lost big sister. It was funny! Happiest bridal party ever!

Abe and Emma were married at Lalla in the north of the State. After the beautiful ceremony we headed up the road to Hollybank for photos and it was just magical. I could have gone on taking photos for hours but the sun had other plans and I bid them farewell as they went to party at their reception. Thanks so much Abe and Emma for letting me in wholeheartedly. You guys are wonderful.
